Emma has worked in the property sector for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in sales and progression. As Operations Director for the Group, Emma oversees a wide range of critical functions within both the property investment and property development companies. This includes overseeing property acquisitions, evaluating investment opportunities, managing construction and development projects, and implementing strategic plans to maximise returns on investments. Emma’s multi-faceted operational role acts as the key link between all inter-departmental teams within the organisation, ensuring the smooth operation of the business as a whole.
David started his career in the Banking and finance sector working for one of the world’s largest banking organisations. Since December 2020, David has taken over as Head of Sales at Elavace leading the team of investment and senior investment consultants to ensure that all clients needs are met.
Jack's role as Financial Controller started with Elavace back in 2019 after a number of years working for a large Merseyside developer. His experience and understanding of financial modelling have been crucial to aid the expansion of Elavace and its subsidiary companies.
With over 30+ years of experience in financial and cost accounting, Steph has an expansive background spanning from production to leisure, bringing with her a wealth of valuable knowledge to the team.
With over 9 years of experience in both sales and business management, James has continued to build trust and consistency with his ever-growing client base. Throughout his professional career Reece has used his extensive knowledge to find investment solutions for investors around the world. Implementing investment strategies that suit each investor's unique requirements. Reece has a vast experience in building strong relationships with investors in order to secure the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Throughout his professional career, following on from completion of a Biomedical Science degree, Nick has worked with all manner of clients and investors, ranging from first timers through to professional consortiums across both the private and public sectors. With an expert level of knowledge in the investment market, Nick can provide both long- and short-term investment strategy advice tailored to each investor and their personal investment goals.
Following completion of his degree, Russell jumped head first in to a number of different sectors developing a wide range of products. From beginning his career at the RAC, Russell moved on to help spearhead a start up company in the generator and UPS industry; becoming an account manager for a number of years in the back up power generation sector for an array of corporations including Tesco, Morrisons & multiple emergency services. In the last year Russell, has transferred his skills in to the property market where he has thrived in successfully growing a portfolio of new and repeat purchasing clients.
Derry has come from a construction background, having started onsite from a young age. With a keen interest in property, he moved over to the investment sector in order to further expand his career. Over the past 12 months, Derry has worked alongside the investment consultants to grow his knowledge of the investment sector and is now helping existing investors with their service requirements.
My role at elavace is Sales Progression Manager heading up the progressions team working to ensure all of our sales exchange smoothly and to provide a first class customer service to all of our clients. I have been working within the property industry since 2014 where I have gained valuable knowledge across various sectors including Residential Sales and Lettings, Auction, New Build and property investment.
Sean began working in the property sector over 13 years ago, forging his career as a sales negotiator within a well-known high street estate agent. Today he applies his expert investment experience here at Elavace, helping to guide and support investors through the progression process, providing clear communication between all solicitors and clients.
