Bastion Point Construction Update - 26/01/23

A very warm welcome to all our investors, as we enter the pivotal year for the project.

Despite the wet, windy and freezing conditions over the last month, the site team have been pressing on to maintain momentum in delivering the scheme to match all our stakeholders’ expectations.

The majority of the pile caps have now been formed, with the concrete columns forming ground and first floors of car park now beginning to rise from the ground. The central core of the lift shafts and main stair well has now been formed.

This is a major feat of civil engineering, with just under 10 tonnes of reinforcement bar and over 46 cubic metres of concrete required to form this structure alone.

Throughout the process both our 10 year structural warranty provider, Advantage, and our chosen building control inspector Assent have been carrying out regular inspections.

All plot drainage is now installed in anticipation of carrying out the road connections to the mains drainage in the coming weeks.

Applications have been made for the new incoming electric mains installation and associated substation works to ensure a timely connection in line with our busy delivery programme.

Off site, the specialist engineering subcontractor is fine tuning their design to construct the main frame of the building once the concrete structure of the car park has been formed.

We are delighted to report that the next few weeks will see the main concrete frame being formed, as our flagship project begins to rise from the ground for all to see, transforming the skyline.

All the team at Integritas Property Group welcome your valued support in our commitment to delivering this iconic scheme, and hope you are all as excited as we are in its progression.
