Hello and welcome to all our valued investors and future clients. The team here in Liverpool are happy to bring you our final Bijou phase one update.
Bijou phase one has been an amazing success for Integritas Property Group. We have managed to deliver a class leading project, which has attracted wide attention from the local student rental market.
This project will stand as a testament to IPG’s commitment to delivering a project both on time, and well within the targeted budget. The estimated build costs for Bijou were set at £1,190,000, which at the time was ambitious given the growing cost of global supplies.
Ultimately, the team here have managed to deliver the project for £1,100,000, showing a keen eye for responsible procurement, whilst ensuring we don’t hamper the quality of the building’s finish. Our tenants have been extremely pleased with the quality of the building’s internal finishes, so much so that they have been recommending the project to other students looking to rent in the city.
Off the back of this success, we’re excited to announce the next phase of Bijou will be launching in the New Year. We have plans in place to turn this project into the number one student development in the city, and given the popularity of the first phase, we’re very excited to get started in 2023.
