Construction at Cavendish Waters continues to progress well, with significant milestones achieved across both blocks since the previous investor update.
At Block B, blockwork has now been completed up to second-floor level, allowing installation of the next set of pre-cast concrete planks to commence. This process will continue floor by floor as the structure advances towards completion across all four storeys. The building is now visibly taking shape, with the overall form of the development becoming increasingly apparent as works progress.
Alongside the structural works, substantial progress has also been made internally. Ground-floor apartment layouts are now clearly established, with partition walls in place and the internal configuration of the apartments beginning to emerge. Service runs have also been installed throughout the building, creating the foundations for the next phase of mechanical and electrical works, which are now underway. This will enable follow-on trades to continue progressing the internal fit-out programme in the months ahead.
To support the ongoing construction programme, a new tower crane has been installed on site. Replacing the crane previously used during the early phases of construction, the new crane provides greater flexibility and efficiency for lifting operations across the development. This additional capability will help maintain momentum as works continue simultaneously across both blocks.
Excellent progress has also been achieved at Block A. Since the last update, all retaining walls have been successfully completed, representing an important structural milestone for this phase of the development. In addition, all internal structural walls have now been constructed, providing the necessary framework for the next stage of works. With these elements complete, Block A is now ready to receive its first set of pre-cast concrete planks, bringing it in line with the structural progress already achieved at Block B.
The development is now entering an exciting phase, with both blocks advancing in tandem. While Block B continues to rise through its upper levels and progresses internally, Block A is transitioning into its next major structural stage.
With the new tower crane fully operational, key structural works continuing across both blocks, and internal construction activities now underway, the project remains firmly on track. The arrival of more favourable weather conditions is also expected to support productivity on site, particularly as a number of structural and external works continue throughout the summer months.
Overall, Cavendish Waters is making excellent progress, with visible advancement across all areas of the development. The team remains focused on maintaining programme momentum and delivering the next series of construction milestones ahead of future investor updates.
