On-site progress continues at pace, marking a key stage in the early phases of construction. The successful completion of sheet piling across the site represents an important achievement in securing the ground and preparing it for the structural demands of the development. By establishing a stable perimeter and controlling ground conditions, this work ensures the long-term stability of both buildings.
With sheet piling now complete, CFA piling is well underway. This method is ideal for the riverside location and is being used to install deep foundations that will support the weight and durability of the two blocks. On-site teams are working systematically and efficiently, with piling progressing smoothly and remaining on schedule. Coordination between the engineering and management teams has been excellent, helping maintain strong momentum throughout this phase.
The project remains firmly on programme, with foundation construction due to commence shortly. This next stage will see the introduction of crane bases and concrete works, marking the shift from groundworks to vertical development. The emerging structure of both blocks will soon begin to take shape, giving physical form to the vision for the site.
Footage captured from both the ground and the air highlights the growing scale of activity, with steady progress visible across all areas. The transformation of this riverside location is well underway, and in the coming months, the pace of change will become even more apparent as the buildings start to rise.
We look forward to sharing further updates as the development continues to build momentum and progresses confidently through its next stages. With completion expected for summer 2026, we’re excited about the positive contribution this project will make to the evolving Liverpool skyline and the surrounding community.
