Central Point Development Update April 2025 - 28/04/2025

We are pleased to share the latest progress from site as we continue to move forward with key milestones in the construction programme. Recent developments have placed the project in a strong position as we enter the next critical phase of delivery.

The installation of the tower crane has now been successfully completed. This marks a major logistical achievement and enables the construction team to safely and efficiently transition into the upcoming stages of the build. The presence of the crane will significantly improve vertical material movement, support structural activities, and enhance overall site productivity.

Works to the FRT (fire-resistant treated) walls have also progressed steadily, with concrete pours taking place in line with the agreed project timeline. The consistency and pace of this work underline the collaborative efforts of the site team and demonstrate our continued commitment to delivering each stage to programme.

Elsewhere on site, wider operational activities have helped to refine and streamline logistics, which is an increasingly important factor as the complexity of the development grows. Maintaining clear, well-organised, and safe working areas is essential for ensuring the team can operate efficiently as trades increase and sequencing becomes more intricate.

Looking ahead, we are also preparing for the arrival of the Sup-R Wall system, which has now been dispatched from Manila and remains on schedule to reach Liverpool as planned. This system will play a pivotal role in the next stage of works, supporting both structural and thermal performance requirements of the development.

We will continue to provide regular updates as the project progresses and thank all teams involved for their continued commitment and coordination on site.
