Construction of Deakin’s Yard has been successfully completed, with the building handed over in line with the programme in August. The development showcases the exceptional quality, care and attention to detail that Integritas Property Group brings to every project.
Our team is now working closely with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) to achieve final regulatory sign-off under the enhanced post-construction framework.
While the building was completed on schedule, the evolving BSR regulatory framework has presented industry-wide challenges. As a result, the September 2025 student intake could not be accommodated.
All health and safety certifications were provided well in advance, and the team continues to work closely with the BSR to ensure all requirements are fully met, securing regulatory sign-off and allowing the development to open for students as soon as possible.
In response to these challenges, Integritas Property Group is preparing a white paper to provide practical guidance for developers navigating the BSR framework. This initiative aims to support the wider industry and regulatory bodies in streamlining the approval process for future developments.With final approvals anticipated shortly, Deakin’s Yard is on track to welcome students for an upcoming intake.
