We're pleased to announce that the expected completion date for Herculaneum Quay in Liverpool is now September 2020.
For those driving past the development, you may have noticed that the outer scaffolding and service hoist has now been taken down. This is because the main structural exterior is now complete and the internal elevators are now installed—a landmark stage in the development process.
From the images below, you can see the installed elevators, along with images of the private residents-only relaxation pool that has also now been installed. Cosmetic work is now being carried out on the interior of the building.
It's been a long time coming but this fantastic waterfront development is finally just weeks away from completion.
