Lyceum Construction Update - 14/04/23

Welcome to all our existing and new stakeholders to our April update for our restoration project in Salford – The Lyceum.

As highlighted in our March edition, we are about to secure project funding from our tier one funder.

We are on the cusp of our first draw-down, which once received will allow site works to progress at pace. This will see the pad foundations and subsequent steel frame to rise from the ground.

The site team have finished the gabion wall to the eastern elevation, and cleared all remaining site arisings to grant all plant and machinery required for the next phase of works.

With around 90% of subcontract packages sourced, our key construction partner, Abrey, are preparing to accelerate the programme throughout the coming fair weather months to erect the carcass of the building and get watertight for autumn.

Salford planners have also visited site and approved our proposed brick selection, which was required to be sympathetic to the remaining listed façades.

The scheme is almost totally sold out with only a few units remaining, so if you have not already lodged an interest in The Lyceum this could be your last opportunity.

Exciting times lay ahead for this iconic building, which will provide luxury living in a prime location on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre.

Watch this space for our May update when you will see the frame rising from the ground at pace.

A huge thank you once again from the Integritas Team for your continued support.
