Phase three is set to commence shortly, right on schedule according to our project timeline, and we are excited to continue our progress and move forward with the next stage of construction.

In addition, the crane from Bastion Point has arrived on site. This crucial piece of equipment will assist our team in maintaining the momentum of our progress, ensuring we meet our upcoming goals efficiently. The transfer deck pour has been successfully completed, which is a key step in the building’s development. This enhances the structural integrity and sets the stage for subsequent construction activities.

Stud welding is well underway and is currently ahead of schedule, which is excellent news for everyone involved as it helps streamline our workflow and keep the project on track. The steel decking for phase one is now 100% complete. This accomplishment not only highlights our team’s hard work but also provides more space and flexibility as we transition to the next section of the site’s evolution.
